By creating an account or using any feature of CEOmind (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Platform.
1.2 Subscription & Billing
CEOmind offers tiered subscription plans (Builder, Operator, Capital Allocator, Elite). Subscription fees are billed monthly through Stripe in advance. You authorize recurring charges until cancellation. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing cycle. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice. Upgrade charges are prorated; downgrade changes apply at the next billing cycle.
1.3 Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of CEOmind services, all subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support within 14 days of the charge for review. Refund requests after 14 days will not be honored.
1.4 Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) share, sell, or transfer your account credentials; (b) attempt to bypass subscription tier restrictions or payment gates; (c) reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the CEOmind methodology, training content, or proprietary algorithms; (d) use the Platform to harass, threaten, or defraud other users; (e) post unlawful, harmful, or abusive content in social features (Boardroom, Challenges, Talent Exchange); (f) create fake accounts or impersonate others; (g) attempt to manipulate leaderboards, scores, or referral systems; or (h) interfere with Platform security or infrastructure.
1.5 User-Generated Content
Content you post in social features (Boardroom posts, CEO Challenges, recommendations, Talent Exchange listings, Product Reviews) is your responsibility. You retain ownership of your content but grant CEOmind a worldwide, royalty-free license to display and use it within the Platform. CEOmind reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms or applicable law. Users who post public ideas or recommendations acknowledge the public idea waiver in CEO Challenge submissions.
1.6 Account Termination
CEOmind reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the Platform or its users. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ends immediately. Data associated with your account may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
1.7 Modifications to Terms
CEOmind may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
