Terms of Service

CEOmind™ (the "Service" or "Platform") is a leadership-development application operated by Sunetos AI Technologies Inc (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). CEOmind provides guided exercises, decision practice, AI-powered coaching, leadership assessments, progress tracking, and related tools designed to help users develop executive-level leadership behavior.

By creating an account or using any feature of CEOmind, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use CEOmind. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Minors under the age of 18 are not permitted to use CEOmind under any circumstances, including with parental consent.

If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to allow any other person to access your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

CEOmind is not liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

CEOmind uses artificial intelligence to provide personalized leadership-development feedback, coaching, simulations, and insights. AI-generated content may contain errors, may be incomplete, and should be evaluated using your own judgment.

CEOmind does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or usefulness of any AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on AI-generated information. AI-generated content is not a substitute for professional advice.

You acknowledge that AI models have known limitations, including hallucination, bias, and inability to access real-time information unless explicitly stated.

CEOmind provides leadership assessments, diagnostics, and behavioral evaluations. These assessments are educational and developmental in nature. They are not clinical, psychological, or medical evaluations, and they do not constitute a diagnosis of any mental health condition or disorder.

Assessment results reflect self-reported information and AI-generated analysis. Results may not fully represent your capabilities, traits, or potential. CEOmind does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of assessment results.

CEOmind coaching, decision analysis, and AI feedback are general in nature and do not constitute legal advice, financial advice, investment advice, medical advice, or professional business consulting. Do not make significant legal, financial, medical, or business decisions solely based on CEOmind recommendations.

Always consult a qualified attorney, financial advisor, medical professional, or business consultant for decisions involving legal rights, financial risk, health, or fiduciary responsibility.

CEOmind is not a medical device, therapy service, or mental health treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, contact a licensed therapist or call your local emergency number immediately.

You agree not to:

• Share, sell, or transfer your account credentials to others;
• Attempt to bypass subscription tier restrictions or payment gates;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the CEOmind methodology, training content, or proprietary algorithms;
• Use the Platform to harass, threaten, or defraud other users;
• Post unlawful, harmful, or abusive content in social or community features;
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others;
• Attempt to manipulate leaderboards, scores, or referral systems;
• Interfere with Platform security or infrastructure;
• Use automated systems, bots, or scrapers to access the Platform without authorization;
• Submit any Protected Health Information (PHI) or medical records to the Platform.

The CEOmind reconditioning system, including its frameworks, trait taxonomy, diagnostic instruments, training library, simulation scenarios, AI prompts, algorithms, software code, text, graphics, logos, UI designs, and all related content (collectively, "CEOmind Materials"), is proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the CEOmind Materials without explicit written permission. "CEOmind," the CEOmind logo, and related marks are trademarks of Sunetos AI Technologies Inc. You may not use these trademarks without prior written consent.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform, including posts, challenge participation, recommendations, and reflections. By posting content in social or community features, you grant CEOmind a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute that content within the Platform.

You represent that you have the rights to all content you submit and that it does not infringe on third-party rights. CEOmind reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

CEOmind offers tiered subscription plans. Subscription fees are billed in advance through Stripe, our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing cycle. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice. Upgrade charges are prorated; downgrade changes apply at the next billing cycle.

Due to the digital nature of CEOmind services, all subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support within 14 days of the charge for review.

CEOmind does not store your full payment card number. Payment processing is handled by Stripe in accordance with its terms and policies.

If you access CEOmind through an organizational or enterprise account, your organization's administrator may have access to certain account and usage information as permitted by the organization's agreement with CEOmind. Your use of the Platform through an organizational account is subject to both these Terms and your organization's applicable policies.

Organizational account administrators may manage user access, assign roles, and view aggregate usage data. CEOmind is not responsible for how your organization uses or manages your account information within the scope of its administrative access.

CEOmind may link to or integrate with third-party services (such as Stripe, Google, Slack, and others). CEOmind is not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or functionality of third-party services. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their respective terms and policies.

When you connect an external service to CEOmind, you do so through OAuth authorization with the scopes you choose. You can disconnect any integration at any time.

The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. CEOmind does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Platform at any time without notice.

We are not liable for any interruption, delay, or failure in service availability resulting from maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

CEOmind does not warrant that the Platform will meet your requirements, that it will be error-free, or that results will be accurate or reliable. Any reliance on the Platform is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CEOmind, its founders, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, emotional distress, career damage, or financial loss arising from your use of the Platform.

In no event shall CEOmind's total liability exceed the amount you paid to CEOmind in the 12 months preceding the claim.

CEOmind reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the Platform or its users. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ends immediately.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or using in-app account deletion tools. Data associated with your account may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in California under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
